VFW Post 8967 was rebuilt after Hurricane Harvey with donations, volunteer labor and private financing.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, the original Moore-Mcdonald VFW Post 8967 building could not be salvaged. Thanks to generous donations, private bank financing and community volunteers, a new, improved and expanded building was erected on the site.
